accessible. If that is not the problem then try the following steps:
These videos are in the Windows Media format and require the latest Windows
Media Player (Series 9). You can get the latest version from the "Windows
Update" website. On my system, I can go to the Start menu, click "programs";
"accessories"; "entertainment"; and then "Windows Media Player". When the
player opens click on "Help"; and "Check for updates". That should get you
there. Another path is to go through the "Windows Update" found on the start
menu and in various places on Internet Explorer. From there you can look for
the Windows Media Updates manually.
